Our company provides written expert opinion out of court, as well as during judicial proceedings. On the authority of district, regional and appellate court we provide expert evidence/opinions in all matter of disputes involving the hotel/restaurant industry, especially economic/business questions. Since August 01 of 2013, all court appointed expert advisors must bill their fees and expenses in accordance with the Justizvergütungs- und Entschädigungsgesetz (JVEG).
